Amphora Collection
The Amphora collection is created for wine enthusiasts who want a “tasting room” experience of the incredible variety of grapes and terroir the Languedoc-Roussillon region has to offer. All Amphora Members receive:

The four wines you receive each quarter are hand selected by founders Steve and Carol from hundreds of wines they taste each year. Amphora selections represent the incredible variety of grapes, soils and terrain that exist in the Languedoc-Roussillon. Each quarter our shipment will be selected to reflect seasonal preferences and will include tasting notes and food pairing ideas to help you entertain your friends and family while you enjoy the special taste and story behind each wine.

Amphora Mixture
A mixture of red, white, rosé, and an occasional sparkling wine. $110 – $130 per shipment (+tax and shipping*)
Amphora Red Only

Cathar Collection
The Cathar collection is more than a tasting — it opens the door to discovery of exceptional wines, made with passion. “New world” freedom, in the most exciting “Old world” region of France.

The six wines shipped quarterly have been carefully and enthusiastically selected from hundreds we have sampled to give you drinkable, delicious wines. Each shipment will include at least five different wines, and one or more of the wines each quarter will be what the Languedociens call a “connoisseur” wine, a wine of complex character to savor with a meal. Over the course of the year our selections will represent the incredible variety of grapes, soils and terrain that exist in the Languedoc-Roussillon. Each quarter our shipment will be selected to reflect seasonal preferences.

Mediterranean Collection
The Mediterranean collection is for the courageous and curious connoisseur who is eager to push the limits of the palate and thoroughly explore the creations of the best winemakers in the Languedoc-Roussillon.

The twelve wines shipped each quarter to members of the Mediterranean Collection will be carefully and enthusiastically selected from hundreds of wines we will taste each year. Each shipment will include at least six different wines, and four or more of the wines each quarter will be what the Languedociens call a “connoisseur” wine, a wine of complex character to savor with a meal. The Mediterranean Collection brings you many of our favorite winemaker’s best wines.
Over the course of the year our selections will represent the incredible variety of grapes, soils and terrain that exist in the Languedoc-Roussillon. Each quarter our shipment will be selected to reflect seasonal preferences.
Once a year the founders and other Princess and Bear team members will organize and host an Invitation Only wine tasting somewhere interesting in the Languedoc-Roussillon and help members of the Mediterranean Collection have a first-hand experience of the supernatural South of France. Winemakers, chefs, sommeliers, and local characters will attend this evening exclusively for Mediterranean Club members. We will help you organize a stay in the Languedoc-Roussillon region by suggesting historical sites, sporting activities, bed and breakfast accommodations, wineries and restaurants in the region.

Wine Club Terms & Conditions
Cancel your membership anytime after a minimum of 2 shipments. Early cancellation will result in a customer charge for any and all club benefits received.
Wine club pick-up orders will be held for 6 months. After 6 months, orders will be returned and the club member will receive a store credit equal to the invoice, minus a $10 restocking fee. Club members will be contacted via email prior to processing the return. Should the customer request the order be shipped, it will be at the club member’s expense.
Any wine club cancellation that occurs after invoice processing, but before shipment, will be credited to the customer in the form of a store credit equal to the amount of the invoice, minus a $10 restocking fee.
